Job Description
As a Nail Technician Learner at Dis-Chem Pharmacies, you will have various responsibilities and tasks to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Some of the key duties include:

Following Dis-Chem policies and procedures when interacting with customers.
Reporting customer compliments and complaints to management.
Marketing Dis-Chem offerings to new and existing customers regularly.
Providing customers with an excellent and memorable salon experience.
Conducting monthly promotions in collaboration with management.
Attending training sessions to stay informed about new products and techniques.
Keeping accurate records of customer surveys and information.
Adhering to Dis-Chem treatment and service payment procedures.
Maintaining stock levels according to Dis-Chem procedures.
Reporting any stock shortages, damages, or expired items to management.
Ensuring effective and accurate merchandising of promotions.
Keeping all salon equipment in working condition and clean.
Adhering to Dis-Chem policies, standard operating procedures, and health and safety regulations.
Complying with the Dis-Chem uniform and personal appearance policy.
