Job Description The job involves the preparation of commercial and technical proposals, as might be required, in the role of proposal manager as well as the execution of small project and/or study scopes in the role of project manager. In both roles the ability to manage teams to achieve the desired business outcomes are imperative. Essential Requirements: Candidate must be able to demonstrate •Lead and analyze RFI, RFQ and other bid documents for requirements •Responsible for leading and managing completion of technical and commercial proposals, providing project planning, means and methods of project execution, schedule preparation, cost estimating, and proposal strategy •Develop the project execution plan (PEP) appropriate to the scope of the effort/ work •Develop the proposed project execution schedule and conduct a schedule risk analysis (high risk projects only) •Present proposal to Business Line Management for approval prior to submittal to client •Perform the development and completion checklist in a project environment •Being the custodian of the compliance checklist •Alignment and interface between project functions •Project implementation from initiation to handover • Other duties as assigned Notice to Candidates: Background checks are carried out as part of any conditional offer made, including (but not limited to & role dependant) education, professional registration, employment, references, passport verifications and Global Watchlist screening.
