Internship: Maintenance ROC Agent
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Internship from 1 April to 31 August, EE Candidates between 20 & 30 years old with a completed qualification (Minimum NQF 5).
Job objectives
Delegating tasks and ensuring that they are completed in accordance with existing policies and procedures to technicians or contractors.
Handling basic office duties, such as answering and making phone calls, responding to emails, client/project/fault records, and data entry and reporting.
Answering questions and sourcing information for maintenance teams.
Supporting employees in any department by facilitating interdepartmental communications and interactions between internal and external parties.
Ensuring that the office is well-maintained, organized, and secure.
Assisting with special projects, such as process improvements.
Updating the ticket system platforms daily
Scheduling tickets according to priority to technicians and to ensure it gets attended within SLA
