The candidate should have a Matric/Senior Certificate (NFQ 4 equivalent) with Accounting and Mathematics as subjects;
0-1 year working experience; Knowledge experience, interpretation and application of accrual accounting and GRAP
standards, PFMA, Treasury Regulations on Public entity and other relevant regulations’ ERP knowledge on Oracle or SAP
or AccPacc or accrual accounting complaint systems are essential. Computer literacy is essential; a post matric qualification
in Finance (NQF Level 6 or 7 with the minimum 360 credits) as well as a valid driver’s licence will serve as an added
advantage.
The incumbent will render administrative support in terms of transactions/payments.
Perform Salary Administration support
services; render a budget support service; assist the sub-unit with management reports in respect of financial administration:
Ensure adherence to Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PMFA, Chapter 6, and Part 3).
