Purpose: The primary focus of the role is to oversee and co-ordinate all payroll activities to ensure that all staff are paid correctly and timeously and that all legislative and associated payments are made to relevant providers in a timely and accurate fashion.
Responsible for providing the necessary transactional HR solutions and support services to staff and management.
This encompasses client specific activities required to establish, execute and maintain people processes across the employee life cycle framework. Responsible for ensuring effective business portfolio and human resources relationships and implementation of appropriate human resources solutions.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5 years’ experience in HR, backed by a good knowledge of HR processes and procedures and required services.
3-5 years’ experience running a weekly and monthly Payroll.
3-5 years ‘experience with Payroll software (VIP and SAGE 300 People)
Exposure to implementation of HR plans and delivery of employee lifecycle related products and services.
Completed a relevant accredited Payroll course with Certificate.
Recognized Degree or Diploma in the Human Resources field.
Candidate must reside in/around Nelspruit
