As those are in circulated conditions as you mentioned, they will sell for between ZAR 20 and 120 depending on the specific conditions. Only the proof issued ones and graded very high mint condition ones command higher prices.
It sounds like a collection you will do best with selling online. It would take a lot of time and listing, but to maximize value, it is best to list them individually with good pictures on eBay or other sale platforms and sell directly to the collector market. It is not a collection that would have a lot of interest to coin dealers just due to the conditions.

Once circulated, coins lose a lot of their collectible value – especially for the modern coins like you have from the last 30 years or so. The online market it most active for that period of coins.
