Role Purpose

The Learnership Programme, running from March 1, 2024, to February 28, 2025, provides a chance to hone your skills and gain valuable Short-term Insurance experience.
Successful graduates will be awarded a formal National Certificate in Short-term Insurance (NQF level 4).
Requirements
Age: Between 18 and 25 years (including turning 25 in 2023).
Note: Attach a copy of your ID to your application.
Language: Able to speak, read, and write English.
Education: Passed Matric (50% or above for English; Math is beneficial).
Note: Attach a copy of your Matric certificate to your application. If you’re still in Matric, provide preliminary exam results.
Tech Savvy: Be computer literate.
Experience: Currently unemployed with no work experience.
Education Status: Not studying or holding post-Matric qualifications.
Learnerships: Not registered for any other learnership.
Passion: Interested in a career in Short-term Insurance.
Character: Have a passion for learning, a clear criminal and credit record.
