Discover Graduate Programme:
The Discover Graduate Programme is a permanent employment opportunity with a 2-year skills training programme.

It aims to develop future leaders and provides graduates with a well-rounded experience in the business.
Requirements:
Completed under-graduate degree or degree equivalent by the end of 2023.
Less than 2 years of working experience post studies.
26 years old or younger.
South African Citizen or permanent resident. Citizens of DRC, Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Egypt, and Tanzania are encouraged to apply.
Minimum of 65% aggregate for completed or most recent academic results.
B-degree (B-Com, BSc & B-Tech) qualification (NQF 7). A 3-year National Diploma (NQF 6) considered for specific areas.
Learnership Programme:
The Vodacom Learbership Programme offers a 12-month fixed-term contract with workplace experience and a structured training programme.
It serves as a talent pipeline for the Discover Graduate Programme or permanent roles within Vodacom.
Requirements:
Completed undergraduate degree or degree equivalent by the end of 2023.
0-1 year of working experience post studies.
26 years old or younger.
South African Citizen by Birth.
Minimum of 65% aggregate for completed or most recent academic results.
B-degree (B-Com, BSc & B-Tech) qualification (NQF 7). A 3-year National Diploma (NQF 6) considered for specific areas.
