As a member of a highly skilled and motivated team, you will communicate with customers to identify specific needs, while delivering excellent customer service to increase the profitability of the business.You will be committed to treating customers fairly and ensuring continuous delivery of customer service excellence.This includes resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.Requirements
Candidates who wish to apply for this Learnership opportunity must meet the following criteria:Completed Matric with a pass in Maths and English
At least 6 months of experience in a Call Centre, Retail, or Hospitality industry
