Who Can Apply?
Meridian is looking for learners who are interested in the retail industry and are willing to work retail hours, including weekends.
The minimum requirements for the learnership are basic numeracy and literacy skills, with NQF level 2 (Grade 10) upwards or NQF level 3 (Matric). Learners must be able to get to and from stores.
What Does the Learnership Offer?
The learnership provides a monthly stipend of R3000.00 and a completion bonus for learners who successfully complete the program.
In addition, Meridian offers close mentorship and in-store experience to learners.
