What is This Learnership Program?
There is an interesting opportunity available for a Learnership: Fitter, who will be required to pass an aptitude exam, interview, and a medical assessment before the learnership may begin.
De Beers offers an exciting chance for you to join our incredible team at Sishen Mine in a three-year Artisan Learnership enrichment program.
The three-year Artisan Learnership Program is a community enrichment program that will allow you to build skills via classroom and on-the-job/core training at Sishen Mine.
This Program will allow you to maximize your potential while also providing you with a personalized strategy to give you a future where you can make a difference.
We will assist you in discovering your true capacity and developing your abilities as an Artisan as you move through your learnership program.
Training Programs for Fitter Learnership:
1st year: Institutional training at Sivos, Technical Training Centre.
2nd year: On-the-job/core training at Sishen mine.
3rd year: Complete trade test
Requirements
Please make sure you meet ALL of the following minimum entrance requirements before submitting your application because if you don’t, your application will be rejected:
N2 with Mathematics, Engineering Science, Engineering Drawing, Fitting & Machining Trade Theory.
