Department of Health Kwa Zulu Natal Learnerships Requirements
Candidates wishing to pursue a career within the health industry and wanting to partake in a learnership offered by this Department will need to meet all stipulations as requested. This Department prefers candidates aged between 18 and 35. All documentation must be certified and certification has been done within a maximum of three months prior to the application.

The application must be fully completed and then returned with the appropriate records and certification as is stipulated in the advertisement. Each learnership advertised will be for acceptance by selected candidates to start the following year. Successful applicants will also be required to sign a contract with the Department.
All documentation and the application must be signed, certified and submitted before the closing date. Applications must not be given or delivered to any of the hospitals, clinics or nursing colleges in this area. Interested individuals must please read the advertisement carefully and follow it precisely.
This Department receives a great number of applications each year, thus, they cannot respond to all. The Department will only contact selected candidates. If you have not heard anything within three months from the closing date, please accept that your application was unsuccessful. Candidates who have been part of this program previously will not be considered again.
