Shoprite has several times a year Pharmacist Assistant Basic Learnership opportunities. If your goal is to become a pharmacist assistant, this is a great opportunity to become one.
Shoprite is currently looking for people who want to apply for their Basic Learnership program. They have open positions at different cities: Cape Town, Johannesburg, Centurion and Bloemfontein. You can apply for these positions till 23-28 July 2022, depending on the location.
Requirements and Duties
Your main job will be to assist the Pharmacist in all his duties. They require hat you have your Grade 12 with English and Math. Science would be to your advantage if you also have that in your Grade 12. Experience is not a “must” but it will be to your advantage if you have some kind of experience in a Pharmacy.
You will need to work with computers so it is important you have computer skills and are able to work with MS Office. They will help you to keep track on stock supply, administrative work, dispensing (under supervision) and Frontshop Service.
